Short rules. Plain English.

Morphix gives you 34 file conversion tools for free. No subscription, no credit card, no usage caps beyond a sensible ~20 conversions per day and a 25 MB per-file size cap (see Settings → Plan & Usage for your current quota). By using the service, you agree to the rules below.

Don’t upload illegal content (CSAM, malware, stolen IP). Don’t use Morphix to harass others. Don’t try to break the service for everyone else (DDoS, scraping, brute-force). One account per person; bots are fine for personal use but commercial bots need permission.

If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password safe. Update it anytime in Settings → Security. We'll never email asking for it. If you suspect a breach, sign out and reset.

You retain 100% ownership of everything you upload. Morphix gets only a temporary technical license to process and return them. We do not train AI on your files, do not sell them, do not show them to other users, and never look inside them manually except in the rare case of a court order — and even then only the specific file, not your history.

Morphix is free, so it ships "as is" with no warranty. We do our best to be accurate (and run a 56-test regression suite on every release), but don’t use it as the only step in critical workflows (legal filings, medical records, life-safety) without verifying the output.

Because Morphix is free and we don’t charge you, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid for it ($0).

Personal and small-team use stays free. If you build a paid product on top of the Morphix API, we ask you to either (a) self-host (the code is portable) or (b) talk to us first. We won’t be jerks about it.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Privacy & Data — it permanently erases your profile, jobs, and every file we hold for you. We can suspend accounts that violate § 2, but we'll email first unless the violation is severe (CSAM, active attack, etc.).

If we update these terms in a material way, the change date below moves and you’ll see a one-time notice. Continuing to use Morphix after that counts as accepting the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Morphix instance is operated (configurable per deployment). Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law says otherwise.
